Following on from the fantastic success of the summer cookery workshop for children in conjunction with Storyhouse Chester, VegEd held another class during October half-term.  Rotary Club of Chester Community Award donated sufficient funds to supply the children with aprons, chefs’ hats and a laminator for recipes, all adding to the positive experience.  The children can take the recipe cards home for them to share and create the dishes for their families.  These sessions give the children a safe, practical and creative activity during the holidays that they can build on.

If you have spare time on your hands, want to engage face to face with humans, enjoy bouncing ideas around, fundraising and helping community, Rotary might be the ideal group for you to interact with.
